Cancellation Policy

We offer complimentary consultation prior to booking in any treatments.

In order to secure your booking, we require a £20 deposit, that is non- refundable, but 100% redeemable against any treatment. If your appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, this deposit is no longer transferable to redeem against treatments.

Please ensure you attend your consultation make-up free and to avoid the application of any makeup products for a minimum of 6 hours post treatment to avoid any infections.

Please inform the doctor of any pre-existing medical conditions and allergies during the consultation, and liaise with your GP regarding any health concerns accordingly, prior to booking in.
